How do I know I have not purchased a returned product?

We never resell returned products, that would be very unhygienic and not cool. It makes us feel good knowing we can help those in need by donating returned items to our charity partners. Also, once the Eva Mattress has expanded, it cannot be returned back into the box (please film it for us if you try).
