What does 'one return per product type' mean?

All Eva products are eligible for return before either 100 or 60 days post-delivery. Please note each household is only entitled to one return per product type. Consider the following examples:

Example 1. If you buy 3 Eva mattresses, you may only return 1 of these within the returns period (unless they are faulty).

Example 2. If you have previously purchased and returned an Eva mattress, and you buy an additional one, the additional mattress is not eligible for a trial nor a refund.

Example 3. If you have previously purchased and kept an Eva mattress, and you buy an additional one, the additional mattress is eligible for a return and a refund.

Example 4. If you purchase an Eva mattress, a Timber Bed Frame and a Side Table, all 3 are eligible for a refund within the time period (provided you have not bought and returned any of these product types previously).
