Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?

If you can't be home for your order, you may qualify for an ATL (authority to leave). Usually, this means a ground-level home with a secure place and does not include most apartment buildings. Just leave a note in your delivery instructions when ordering. The courier will also call you before delivery to confirm your instructions.

You can also arrange for the driver to leave the package in another safe location on your property if you can't be home, however it is up to the discretion of the driver if they think it's safe to do so. 

For security reasons, our courier partners are not permitted to leave your product in apartment building foyers and this can often be at the discretion of the courier.
