What does the warranty cover?

Eva Sleep Pty Ltd provides warranty on Eva products purchased online from www.eva.com.au. This warranty covers the original purchaser with respect that the product has at all times been used for normal domestic use and treated in accordance with our FAQ support and care instructions.

Eva reserves the right to repair or replace your product. Eva reserves the right to offer you a refund or similar replacement if your item has been discontinued. Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
