You'll initially be asked to include the following via email:
- Order Number
- Contact Details
- A description of why you believe your product is defective
- Images/videos demonstrating the fault
- An image of the product's batch number
The faults investigation process can take time to work through. From this point we'll then be able to guide you through the next steps!
