Rural customers outside of metro and regional Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth are still eligible for a refund.
If you have purchased a mattress and our charity partner cannot reach you, we will help locate other charities in your area that may be able to pick up your Eva mattress. If all options have been exhausted, you must arrange and incur all expenses in the cost of returning your Eva product to the nearest charity that is able to accept the item or to Eva’s closest warehouse. The customer will not be covered for costs of return.
