All customers returning an Eva Pillow or Eva Sheet/Duvet set will receive a returns label for the product to be donated to one of our charity partners. View our Returns for more information.
To complete your return, you must post the parcel at your nearest post office with your provided return label clearly attached. You have 14 days from receiving the returns label to post the parcel at your nearest post office. If we have not received the parcel back within these 14 days, your return request will be deemed closed. You can reopen your return request at any time within 365 days of purchase.
Upon confirmation of the parcel at the fore-mentioned address, Eva will conduct a check before your total payment to Eva Sleep Pty Ltd will be refunded.
Please note the 365 day trial is limited to one pillow or one sheet/duvet set per household and cannot be used to exchange for another size.
