Returned mattresses are donated to a local charity.
To complete your return, we require you to be available for the scheduled pick up time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the mattress is available for collection. If the mattress cannot be collected the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Furthermore, your mattress must be kept clean during the trial period otherwise you may not be eligible for a return or refund. Our charity partners have the right to refuse a mattress for damage, stains, strong odours or anything else that may mean the mattress cannot be donated.
Please note there is a minimum 30 day trial adjustment period before you can initiate a return. The 365 night trial is limited to one mattress per household and cannot be used to exchange for another size.
You are not eligible for a return or refund if you have ordered the wrong size, wanting to change size, upgrade or downgrade.
