We will refund you after we have received the product back at one of our warehouses or associated charities and if it has met the outlined criteria. The refund will be placed on the card or account that you used to purchase. If you purchased via interest-free finance extra charges may apply from your supplier.
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must be a full paying customer and provide proof of purchase to complete the return. This is provided to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
